Si possono seguire numerose ricette, ma noi abbiamo scelto di proporvi una pizza a lunga lievitazione (20 ore in frigo + 2 ore in forno spento), preparazione che permette di utilizzare meno lievito e suggerimenti<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prestate attenzione alla quantit\u00e0 di passata di pomodoro che utilizzerete, deve essere giusta e ponderata per evitare che la pizza si rammolli. Basta dosarla con un cucchiaio in modo che la parte centrale della pizza sia coperta, ma non troppo, lasciando liberi i bordi.<\/li>\n<li>Per ottenere una pizza perfetta, sarebbe meglio aggiungere tutti i condimenti, tranne la passata, a met\u00e0 cottura. Quindi, una volta preparato l\u2019impasto della pizza a lunga lievitazione, si pu\u00f2 condire semplicemente con la passata e metterlo in forno per 10 minuti. Poi si tira fuori e si completa con tutto il resto prima di finire la cottura per altri 10 minuti.\u00a0In questo modo la mozzarella non inumidir\u00e0 troppo la
