Farla cuocere da entrambi i\u00a0lati.\u00a0Ripetere fino ad esaurire la pastella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la besciamella:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mettere a scaldare in un pentolino il latte.<\/li>\n<li>In un altro pentolino fare sciogliere 100 gr di burro a fuoco lento.<\/li>\n<li>Spegnere il fuoco e aggiungere la farina tutta in una volta mescolando con una frusta .<\/li>\n<li>Rimettere sul fuoco mescolando per qualche minuto e aggiungere poco alla volta il latte caldo continuando a mescolare con la frusta.\u00a0Aggiustare di sale e\u00a0noce moscata.<\/li>\n<li>Cuocere a fuoco lento per 6-7 minuti finch\u00e9 la salsa non si sar\u00e0 addensata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la farcitura delle crepes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pulire gli asparagi\u00a0e lessarli in piedi con le punte fuori per circa 20\u00a0minuti.<\/li>\n<li>Scolare e tagliare a tocchetti gli asparagi mettendo da parte le punte che serviranno per la guarnizione.<\/li>\n<li>Cuocere gli asparagi 5 minuti a fuoco vivo in una padella con 10 gr di burro.<\/li>\n<li>Sporcare il fondo di una pirofila con 3 cucchiai di besciamella.<\/li>\n<li>Creare la farcitura unendo agli asparagi 5\/6 cucchiai di parmigiano e parte della besciamella.<\/li>\n<li>Farcire le crepes con 2 cucchiai di farcitura e il prosciutto cotto.<\/li>\n<li>Arrotolare le crepes e disporle nella pirofila.<\/li>\n<li>Mettere 3-4 cucchiai di besciamella sopra le crepes e qualche cucchiaio di parmigiano.<\/li>\n<li>Infornare 20 minuti a 180\u00b0 in forno statico e 5 minuti con grill ventilato\u00a0finch\u00e9\u00a0la superficie non risulta dorata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  style='height:30px' class='hr hr-invisible   avia-builder-el-11  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock'><span class='hr-inner' ><span class='hr-inner-style'><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'   itemprop=\"text\" ><h4>Note e suggerimenti<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Per ottenere una pastella ancora pi\u00f9 omogenea e priva di grumi provate ad utilizzare il frullatore ad immersione per qualche secondo.<\/li>\n<li>Ad ogni stagione le sue verdure: trasformate ogni volta le crepes aggiungendo le verdure di stagione che preferite di pi\u00f9.
