data-contrast=\"auto\">Versare la farina setacciata nella ciotola della planetaria, poi aggiungere le uova e il sale e impastare per 10-15 minuti fino a formare un impasto elastico e compatto.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Prelevare l\u2019impasto dalla planetaria e lavorarlo brevemente a mano su una spianatoia di legno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quando l\u2019impasto risulter\u00e0 liscio avvolgerlo nella pellicola e lasciarlo riposare a temperatura ambiente per almeno 30 minuti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Successivamente riprendere l\u2019impasto e tagliarne un pezzetto, avendo cura di conservare la restante parte nella pellicola cos\u00ec che non si seccher\u00e0. Infarinare il pezzetto di pasta e tirarla con la macchina\u202fsfogliatrice al\u202fmassimo spessore.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ripiegare i due lembi della sfoglia verso il centro per conferire una forma pi\u00f9 regolare, quindi spolverare di nuovo con pochissima farina e ripassarla ancora tra i\u202frulli passando\u202fdi volta in volta allo spessore pi\u00f9 sottile fino ad arrivare al penultimo spessore.
