liscio, avvolgerlo nella pellicola e lasciarlo riposare in frigorifero per almeno 20 minuti.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Per il ripieno:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lavare e mondare le erbette (o bietole).<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Mentre sono in ammollo, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tagliare<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0finemente il cipollotto appena sciacquato e\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">privato del ciuffetto di radici alla base e farlo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0soffriggere con una generosa dose di olio extra vergine di oliva.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Scolare <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">le erbette e tagliarle molto grossolanamente. Unirle<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> al soffritto con un pizzico di sale e lasciarle cuocere a fiamma media coprendo col coperchio<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il coperchio serve a far rilasciare acqua alle verdure. Una volta <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ammorbidite, scoperch<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">iare<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> e fare asciugare, aggiustando con una bella grattata di pepe<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0e sale qualora\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fosse necessario<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">parte, tritare le foglioline di maggiorana<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, mentre in un pentolino si porta a bollore <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l\u2019acqua che\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">servir\u00e0 per le uova.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Unire le erbette, la maggiorana, il parmigiano, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la ricotta\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e un uovo nel\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tritatutto<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, altrimenti po<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tete<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> tritare a coltello<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Aggiungere u<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">na bella grattata di noce moscata<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nell\u2019acqua bollente immerg<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ere 4 uova delicatamente<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0e cuocere per 5\/6 minuti.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Raffreddare immediatamente dopo il tempo trascorso e sbucciare le uova.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span
